The Thule Apex 4 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The most similar option that I recommend as an alternative is the Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # Y02458. The tilting racks do bring the outermost bike too close to the ground when tilting, so it is not recommended to tilt with bikes in place. I do not have a drawing of the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box, part # LC328492 showing dimensions but I can help you with the dimensions.
The pin box you came from would have the same dimensions as a Lippert 1621 pin box. The distance from the rear mounting holes to the center of the king pin should be 25-5/8 inches. That would also be the distance for a replacement pin box like part # LC328492.
